Omg it's just breakfast. Back in the day a short order cookmcould do it all. No fuss, no goofy words describing the food, just good food. Please, a bite of this, creamy, blah blah blah. Oh......elevate.....too much.

Uncle Wolfie's is the best breakfast I have had in a long time. The eggs were I think the best I've ever had (over easy), the potatoes were phenomenal. Yeah, they're hipsters so what.

That wolf diner owner also specifically said Jones Farm bacon was in the dish. Is that a local farm too? Are they family run? Is it a better product, enough so for the wolf diner guy to mention? This is wonderful to watch. It’s very interesting that they are letting the children be hands-on and participate. I see parents who would be telling them not to touch anything and stay out of the way and instead these kids are allowed to handle the eggs and help with the crates. I think that will be a big difference when they grow up and confidently tackle chores. Terrific piece!

Fresh laid eggs should not be washed. If they are washed, they should be refrigerated immediately.

Looks wonderful in July and August but what about Nov. thru March? Do they store eggs that were laid in summer for the late fall thru April sale?

How do you care for the chickens during the winter when you don’t have grass for the chickens to run in and feed?

So about 1-3 days after laid, washed and packed and dated. Then are they refrigerated? how far out are the cartons dated? always been curious what determines the sell by/use by dates
