Why do innocent people get convicted?
Answer: They accept the charge because it is directed at the "Person," not the "man."
When we answer for the "Person," If we do not allow them to read the charge(s) to the man they believe is the "Corporate Person," that is a re-creation of the man whom the living God is no respecter of any persons as they are the decedent (Dead Person). The Decedent is not truly dead, it is not living, It is to fool us into responding by answering for the all-caps letters written in Legalese.

The worst thing they can do is "Argue" when all that to do is get the defendant to cross over to their side and argue instead of in court defending themselves wait until it is your time to cross-examine go up to them and say, " I did hear you correctly, "You" are "Here" to "Testify" in "Person" to give "Evidence" so help "You God?"" A man would verify not testify, they would have been there as a "man" and not a "Person," and speak the "Truth" as "Evidence" is from which inference(s) may be drawn and not necessarily the true. I actually was guilty of a crime once, and by simply taking Duane's advice to never talk to the police, the cops went away and never came back. (Statute of limitations has been reached so I can talk about it.)

Prosecutor used my silence against me in my jury trial during cross examination. My attorney objected under 5th amendment protections. It was sustained, but the jury heard it and I saw a juror roll her eyes at me, as if to say, how dare you not cooperate with the police. I was convicted, I appealed and won, but I had to sit in max security prison for 6 months (not counting the 3 months I sat in county jail) before I was released. North Dakota is a clown show.

What a terrifying country in which we live. There is an armed force stalking our streets with whom we should always avoid contact. They move about our streets with absolutely no fear of punishment. Fortunately, they are easily identified by the distinctive paint on their cars and the distinctive clotbing tbey wear. Such a place, where we fear being targetted by law enforcement more than law violation!

Trump is not innocent

If I remember correctly, the judge during the Rittenhouse trial rebuked the prosecutor because the prosecutor tried to use the fact that Rittenhouse had invoked his 5th Amendment privilege against him as a point of why he was guilty.

A zillion years ago I was involved in a pretty big traffic accident. No one was killed, nor seriously injured, but there was a lot of property damage. I was lucky because my mom worked at a legal firm. She got an attorney on the phone at 2am. He said one thing to me: Do not make any statement. If asked, just tell them your lawyer said not to make a statement. And when the cop came up to me and asked for my statement, I said, "My attorney advised me not to make a statement." The cop replied, "Sounds like good advice to me." He left me alone, gave me a ticket and made his report. I did not get away "scot free" but my fine was much lower than it could have been and I only had 3 pts on my record. It's actually a very funny story how it all panned out, I really need to do a video someday in it.

that 'buy the book' schtick was tacky and got old fast. This talk wasn't very good at all. He was trying to talk fast and was making lots of mistakes. I have seen much better from James. This was a disappointment.

But nothing this guy says is if you’re the victim of a crime, only when the cops approach you to ask question. What if you went home and discovered a murder, an overdose, or suicide? Call 911, let them know a dead body has been found then shut up and ask for a lawyer if they arrest you?? I’m so confused of what to do in that kind of scenario. Do you make any kind of statement then or just let them arrest you? There’s someone dead in the house. How can any person not make a statement to cops of what they found if the rule is never talk to police under any circumstances? This talk is all about if they approach you, not if you stumble upon a horror. So what are you supposed to do then?

I completely agree with almost every point he made, but I there's so much self-promotion it reads as a long sales pitch for his book...makes it difficult to get through.

I know of a piece of shit (I call him that bc of the kind of person him and his family are) who got into a car, without knowing of the drivers intentions, to go and buy some meth. The driver told him to stay in the car while he went to go get it. Turns out the driver never intended on paying for the meth but was going to rob him. The dude put up a fight and the driver ended up killing the guy. Got back into the car and they left. Well this guy that I know ended up ratting on him bc he thought that he didn’t kill the dude or even wantes to rob him that he’d be fine. I also forgot to mention that prior to this he was already a police informant but that really has nothing to do with this. Well back to the story. He goes to his police buddy and tells him what happened. Also mentions to him that after the killing a girl helped them get rid of the weapon (I think it was that my memory of it is kinda fuzzy). So they arrest the dude they arrest the girl AFTER they had arrested him! This pos ended up getting 25 years and the other dude life. The girl got some years or some light sentence bc she cooperated or some shit like that. That’s pretty much it. Just thought I’d share this story bc it seems relevant to this. The paperwork is public record. I can’t recall the case but I know it was like Rodriguez vs. the people of California. Trying to remember the city it happened in but I can’t at this moment.

I would change one thing,change the word,"police",to PIGS.
They are ALL corrupt to some extent.
When I was arrested before,(and yes I was and am innocent) I spoke only one word (repeated as necessary) for nearly 24 hrs. of incarceration...LAWYER,THAT'S IT!
They did everything that pig said and more trying to get me to talk. Make nice,make threats,have several different ppl. try to engage me,lie,tell stories,tell me how it's going to play out,one pig even said he would fabricate an entire case against me. Still,one word...LAWYER!
Turns out,they were after a guy with the same first and last name and same middle initial as me for B&E'S etc; that was from the town I just moved to. Later this guys wife stole my ID and ruined my credit.
They kept following me and months later the FBI and five other agencies pulled me over and put guns in my face when I went to pick up my gf from work. As usual I told them you have the wrong man, Waited for a Co. Dep. to arrive and ID me,he took one quick look and said,"That's not him",(he was angry for being called far away for that) FBI asks him,"Are you sure"? "Take another look" (now he's angrier) He says "I went to school with him for twelve years,I grew up with him,that ain't him"! "Let HIM go". All this in front of 300 ppl. leaving work at my gf's employment place,FOURTEEN pig cars and FBI car for that!!
The kicker??
Turns out this asshole with the same name as me WAS IN PRISON AT THE TIME in the same state.
Even he was innocent of these crimes.
I had my own company,music related and was a metal worker in commercial roofing so I had money at the time.
The story above was just a synopsis.
It took three attorneys,2 years and $30,000 dollars from my pocket to clear that shit up.
I was the one who discovered their mistaken identity proof (after the Deputy) on paperwork and that he was in prison. As my dilemma rolled on,the other guy was released from prison for "humanitarian" reasons,he was dying of 'whatever' and actually commited suicide via multiple drug overdose including cocaine.
Lastly,his Parole Officer's office was located in the same county complex where all this was going down.
Like I said...PIGS all of them.
And this ain't my only wrongful experience with "the law" in America.

I don't vote for two reasons. 1. I only vote for honest politicians 2. So I don't get called for jury duty.
