Tractor causes outrage as it drives through flooded Tenbury Wells high street

A 57-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and dangerous driving after video showed a tractor driving through a flooded high street in the aftermath of Storm Bert.

Tenbury Wells town centre in Worcestershire was severely flooded after a bout of wild weather. A video shared on social media showed waves caused by the tractor hitting shop windows.
