Ingredients:
- about 1 cup warm water
- i teaspoon dry active yeast
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Mix and let rise in a warm place (I turned my oven on for 50 seconds to heat it up a bit) for about 1-1/2 hours. remove and punch down the dough and put back in the warm place for another hour.
Punch down and shape and let rise until doubled, before baking at 400 for 20 minutes. If making a loaf, 350 for 25-30.
No sugar, no oil in these and I recommend you try making them without it. I think that the simple breads usually taste the best.
