For everyone asking, here is the explanation!


(Explanation!)
Megalodon was recollecting nitro, which I assumed was grabbed from Pandora's Box.
Everything went fine until the Wanderer or Dr. Doom hijacked the nitro fuel, sabotaging it. This caused the whole thing to collapse and explode the nitro fuel that was given so Megalodon could potentially destroy the island and rip it in half.

(Theory!)
So it's safe to say that next season, which has a Marvel theme, will have the Avengers trying to get rid of Pandora's Box. Or they will try to help us because Dr. Doom has seen that we are in poor condition.

After Doctor Doom hacked the pipeline, Megalodon lost everything and now he’s doomed. (No pun intended)
