A few years ago I was camping close to UFO territory near Area 51. It was late at night and I had a fire going and was sitting by it reading a book and drinking a beer. Around 11:00 p.m. I heard a strange rustling in the rocks behind my tent. Then I heard high pitched babbling sounds. I stood up, turned around and as I did two diminutive manlike creatures emerged from the rocks not more that 25 feet from me. They stood 4 feet tall and had to weigh approximately 60-70 pounds. I stood motionless not knowing what to do when one of the creatures dictated the narrative. It slowly lifted its right hand and pointed to the beer I was holding in my hand. I immediately realized they wanted a beer. And why not? It was at least 85 degrees and so humid you could cut the air with a knife. I popped a couple of brewsky's and gave one to each of them and motioned for both to come sit by my fire. They capitulated and as we sat by the fire I lit a cigarette. One of them immediately became agitated and started motioning to my mouth and then to their mouths. Damn, the Dude's wanted a smoke. So I lit one for each and we continued socializing, drinking our beer and having a few smokes. Eventually their eyelids began to droop. The beer was making them sleepy. They arose, waved goodbye and walked away, whistling as they disappeared behind the rocks they had earlier emerged from. Shortly afterwards their craft lifted silently into the sky and promptly disappeared. I didn't encounter the aliens again, but after that I never went camping without my Bud Light and a carton of Marlboros.
