Why do you need a qualified and experienced Inspector?

Why is it important to me as your Realtor to ensure you have qualified and experienced professional inspect your potential property? I am on the contract too, and I want to make sure we uncover as much as we possibly can so we can avoid future hassles. Its in my best interest to ensure you are aware of any findings that could be potentially hazardous and to ensure we've done our due diligence before completing a purchase. I want to maintain a healthy long term relationship with you and that involves feeling 100% comfortable with all the details of an inspection before moving forward!

Brent is the owner of North 49 Home Inspections Ltd.; he has been a home inspector for over 10 years with over 4000 inspections under his belt. He tries to inspect every home as if one of his children were going to buy the home. He strives to help educate and protect his clients while throwing out the odd dad joke to keep things light and fun. With a previous career in the software development industry he strongly believes in utilizing technology to provide the best service and product for his clients. He believes in a team approach to inspections and will almost always have a 2nd inspector with him giving double the expertise in almost half the time. Brent just started his second term as a Governor on the Edmonton Realtor’s Community Foundation Board of Governors as the first and only non-realtor to be asked to sit on the board. Brent also enjoys travel and as a PADI scuba diving instructor he has led several dive trips around the world with his most recent trip to Indonesia where he certified his wife Lorena as an Open Water Diver.
