I don't get it, when you use the handle you cannot use an external SSD ? USB-C is only to charge the battery ?

I just got my today, and unless I can figure out how to use the hub and my external mic with a capture card to my pc, I'll be sending it back. More detailed videos would be helpful.

To be honest, I’m really disappointed with the Khronos Ultimate Kit. I recently bought it, but I’m now returning it. Here’s why: As someone who’s had issues with overusing the charging port on my iPhones, I’ve switched to using MagSafe chargers exclusively. However, this product does not support MagSafe charging, something that wasn’t made clear in this video or any of your other promotional materials. After reaching out to Tilta, they confirmed that MagSafe charging isn't possible with this kit. If that information had been upfront, I wouldn’t have purchased it.

I think it’s important for potential buyers to know that if you rely on MagSafe chargers like I do, this product isn’t for you. Now I’m stuck paying a return fee, which only adds to the frustration. Transparency is key, and I hope this feedback helps others avoid the same mistake.

I can't use the remote because the Blackmagic software is not included. I'll have to return it.

Got mine and having difficulty attaching the handles. Not as easy as in this video. They refuse to seat into the cage. I see the mechanics and how they work, but first go around is not so good. Will try again after I charge up the focus handle. It shouldn’t be this hard. A five year old should be able to attach them. I’m hoping I’m just having a bad night. I will update after I try again. BTW I have the ultimate kit and an extra long handle.
