ОтветитьThe simplest and greatest take down I ever used, and was my go to was the outside single sweep. Almost like an outside ankle pick works every single time. As your opponent is circling, what ever side he is circling toward, when he places his lead foot down, transferring his wait onto that leg you change levels, step deep and to the outside of his planted foot, with your mirror foot about one half of your arms length out to the side of his planted foot. You simultaneous ratchet forward onto your lead knee, swinging your trail leg behind and around (outside) as you snatch his planted ankle/foot, lifting it out and away from him as you stand back up from your knee facing the same direction he is facing with his leg in your hands, then return him to the mat for 2 points. It really is much simpler if you see it.

ОтветитьThe caption says this is a proper single leg sweep and finish ,but it's not the sweep im thinking about im not seeing a literal sweep, does anyone know what I'm talking about ?
ОтветитьCrazy how hard the kid in blue shorts was getting his partner to throw his hands to the mat. Beautiful technique.
ОтветитьI’ve always dropped my knee in front. Thank you for the lesson 👍
