SCOTUS, some might say, foresaw this debacle coming and provided POTUS with the tools to stop this fascist take-over. Biden MUST take up the challenge set to him by SCOTUS, he is totally immune of any actions taken as POTUS, so, Seal team 2 can go do a job, and be pardoned for any crimes*. SCOTUS did this in the full knowledge that the Democrats will be too gutless to do this, to use the weapons they have given POTUS. Biden MUST do this, lock them up, in the name of democracy. He has the power, the ultimate authority to do whatever he chooses, it would be criminal of him not to do what SCOTUS have told him to do.
