Just discovered your content today. Lots of great tips. When reheating in the microwave you are best to use a medium setting. Even though this takes longer, you don’t risk over cooking your food, especially when reheating anything with egg in it.

ОтветитьI think the pancake pies could be baked in a mini muffin tin, and you could just sprinkle over some crumbled bacon or sausage or even chopped ham leftover from a holiday meal. Even bits of chopped vegetable - onions and peppers, for example, and sprinkle some tasty cheese on top. Theyd be so cute.

I never really cared whether or not I ate them when not dieting, but now that I've cut back on so much, I'm finding this kinda like an indulgence! Glad I started out really simple and am now just learning how to cook recipes, so it now feels like I'm just learning to cook all over again!
(PS this is much better than the original beginner casseroles I started out with!)

This is a perfect replacement without all the carbs and processed flour.

So appreciate your recipes -- I'm embarking on a low carb diet (my recent blood tests were indicative of pre-diabetes) and already have some of the ingredients you mention (like coconut flour & nut milk). My MD may be a bit skeptical but will have further blood tests in 6 months and hoping the results will be much more normal! Thank you for providing some wonderful variety to create these interesting dishes -- certainly suitable for any meal of the day.
ОтветитьFor those who believe that people with lactose intolerance can't have any dairy at all, that's a misconception. Many can tolerate lactose-free products or even small amounts of certain dairy items. It's about finding what works for you. Do your own research!

Salt 1/4tsp
2tbsp soft cheese
1/3cup coconut flour
1/4tsp baking powder
1lb mince
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
Use scoop to put on to a tray
Bake for 375f 15mins
Bake cool store
