Why Mtashed Doesn't Use Pela With Acheron

Well i don't have E1 ruan mei

Man fk pela enemies are soo fast her 2 turn ult Goes in half turn idk how

Soon jaoqui gonna finally bench my pela even though i already benched her with black swan lol

It's not about the math tho it's about Pela being able to do debuffs with every attack which gives you faster ult.

assuming e0 acheron and e1 rm
wouldn't acheron be getting more dmg but less ults with ruanmei instead of pela?

Ngl even at e0, i think its just better to run 1 nihility and then run sparkle bronya or RM, cause there buffs offset the 45% dmg from 2nd nihilty




I only recommend this if u have acherons signature LC though cause if u dont u probaly want 2 nihilitys to get more stacks

i mean with pela you can get your ult faster which is better and dont get me wrong ruan mei is good with her but with pela she gets her burst faster that means the faster she can get her burst the better and its not all about how many dmg you can do per ult its about how faster you get her ult thats why i prefer pela with her and her dmg is a lot she will over kill enemys

Dontcha just love it when Mtashed understands that Pela would give aoe def shred, but uses SW for single target def shred instead. Then proceeds to just miss the fact that having another nihility would not only return some dmg loss without Ruan Mei, but also make it so Acheron can ult twice as much. Which is more valuable than the buffs provided by Ruan Mei e1. Gotta love how he explains it to us like we’re the dumb ones.

its not even about ruan mei , even if you have e2 acheron you should still run pela instead of silverwolf , obviously if you have e0 acheron , ruan mei e1 still shouldnt be better but its still more about silverwolf because she has very slow single target alt that is (unless you have e1 + the energy light in that case you should be good )

I don't know if you have Acheron's LC, but even if you do, with just a 130 speed Acheron, your ult build up will be so damn slow.
It could't be that she doesn't have the right relics on atm, but even 134 speed Acheron with Signature LC and Silver Wolf will take a long time to build up Ult

Pela is crazy with Acheron. Her Ult uptime is bonkers, Way more Spam ability of her Ult then Silver Wolf. I don't get what he is saying, but if you can Clear Endgame fine you can spice up Acheron's Teamcomps.

ok since he said "simple math" i'll do some simple math to show that he is objectively wrong.

ruan mei's buffs (25% res pen and 92% dmg with sig lc) give acheron about 60% more damage overall when you factor in acheron's very high dmg% and her built-in res pen.

with e1 ruan mei and silver wolf you're getting 73% def shred. with pela (on resolution lc) and silver wolf you're getting 100% def shred. 100% def shred is 27% more damage than 73% def shred (~1/0.79).


because of acheron's second trace, having two nihility characters is ~39% more overall damage than having one.

1.39*1.27/1.6 = ~1.1

you would be doing about 10% more damage using pela on your team, and that's not even considering the extra stacks for acheron that pela would be giving you. do not use feelscrafting and then attribute your conclusion to "simple math" when you never did any.

i also find it funny that he specifically says that 25% res pen "far outscales" acheron's second trace boost when the only situation in which that's true would be against an enemy with >56% res (which is pretty much nonexistent).

roughly speaking with the asumption of the dmg boost from ruan mei is 40%-50% total increase on acheron, using ruan is 3%-10% stronger on E0. at E1 its 16%-24% increase over using a pela. im not sure on her debuff rate application rate is, but even if its like half her turns, there is a small increase

I’ve almost always put nihility/debuffer units along with Acheron. Because I want to trigger her ults more often. Pela normally have high speed and she can ult fast due to her energy regen, and defense shred. A very good unit to pair with Acheron.

If only he said that he wants to increase the weakness break, bringing Ruan Mei would be understandable. Because that’s the most valuable value that Ruan Mei brings into the team.

Bro..what basic math you talking about?? You don't know math yourself.. You sre losing 45% multiplicative damage bonus and 43% Def shred for 66% Additive damage bonus and 25% Res Shred and 20% Def shred.. Plus you are getting ult slower with Ruan Mei..
