I’m from the Georgia Tech Sailing Club. This video really helps in my learning
ОтветитьWhat about spins?!!
ОтветитьWhat are the two big screw holes at the side
ОтветитьMe and my dad are getting a 420 and this is a useful guide. Thanks!
ОтветитьAttaching the jib is so much harder than it looks, the hardest part is literally the pin and key chain ring.
ОтветитьThank you!!!
Ответитьthis helped me sm, thanks for explaining it so simply!🤘🏼🤘🏼
ОтветитьHowdy from Tamug!
ОтветитьHi Allison, I bought a 1984 Javelin "o'day" and have Searched much yet I haven't found a GOOD manual for rigging. This 420 is similar and the video is helpful, BUT is there anywhere I can find a 1984 or so Javelin rigging Manual?!? Thanks.
ОтветитьSeems pretty similar to the RS Quest. Hopefully this will help me when I move up in the future. Thanks for the clear video! Btw how about the trapeze? Thanks
ОтветитьHow do you rig the pulley system for the main sail?
ОтветитьYo, that’s lake Lanier Sailing Club
ОтветитьExcellent! I never thought about the safety line to prevent loss of the rudder - small but important detail - thanks!
ОтветитьHow long does this process take?
ОтветитьPity they forgot about the spinnaker.
ОтветитьActually that was very funny😂
Ответитьdefinitely don't raise the mainsail until you are actually ready to take off
ОтветитьI want to sail with you.
ОтветитьThis is a fantastic video, clear and concise! thank you: any videos on the boom/vang mechanism ?
Ответитьway better than the other guy's video on rigging the 420; I do find, however, that some terms could use a tad more explaining (ie Cunningham, here)
