ОтветитьDenis is a great pianist and a great human being with wonderful sense of humor. He has 2 friends who are also my favorite artists, a singer and a ballet dancer.
Ответитьawesome Ossia cadenza from 43 50
ОтветитьAmazing!!! This is how Rachmaninoff should be played! BRAVO!!!
ОтветитьNagyszerű a zenekar is!!! Matusev pedig zseniális - igazán az orosz művészek tudják megérteni Rachmaninovot??!!!
ОтветитьRachmaninov is the gem
ОтветитьI was so sad that the previous video got deleted, thank you for re-posting!!! 🙏🏻Magnificent! ♥️ my heart stops beating when I’m listening to this. Amazing pianist, one of the best who can play Rachmaninov!!!
ОтветитьThis concerto hall is far too gigantic!
ОтветитьДенис, if Rachmaninoff could hear you, he would give you a big hug as he did with Horowitz a long time ago. You are amazing!!!!! And btw what an orchestra and a conductor!!!!
ОтветитьI wish the video-audio quality be better to get full joy of his music
ОтветитьHow do u play 2 of the hardest piano concertos one after the other?
ОтветитьDoes anyone knows the name of the piece he is playing at the beginning of the video??
Ответитьmy favourite interpretation of rach 3!!
he is in my top 10 pianists on the world today!
The last page of the last movement of Number 2 gave me goosebumps. I've never heard another artist play the ending that way and I loved it. I had to listen to it again a few times. I'm not altogether sure those are the correct notes, but it hardly matters because the end result was so powerful that I'm still feeling the triumph of it all.
ОтветитьLeonard Slatkin conductor? Loved him, too! My favorite recording.
ОтветитьThank you! I love the sound and interpretation of the masters. There's nothing like it.
ОтветитьConcerto no. 2: Proves that beauty is real and tangible. We aren't being fooled by our preconceptions, class, or place of origin.
ОтветитьNo intermission? Wow!
ОтветитьOh, Vocalise... I love it at the end.
ОтветитьWhat a perfection ❤
ОтветитьHe's like Popeye at the piano: brute force LOL
Ответить👑👌
ОтветитьHe is the first and only pianist to do both concertos 2 and 3 back to back! Takes guts, stamina, and amazing muscle memory.
Ответитьmay i ask what is the name of the piece right at the beginning?
ОтветитьStunning performance
BUT...
Matsuev and 80 other Russian artists signed a collective letter - *to support the position of President Vladimir Putin on Ukraine and Crimea
Я ас так люблю. Просто так люблю, зато что вы есть.
ОтветитьThis is how you play Rach
ОтветитьI have heard many pianists and orchestras play this. This is the best recording and Mr. Matsev hands down for me is the best performance of both Concerto's.His playing style is aggressive and passionate. As a classically trained pianist myself my hat goes off to you for this superb performance. This will be my go tovideo when I re visit playing both of these timeless pieces of music to capture the fire that is so prevelant. If I can capture half of what I hear in this performance I will be happy. Bravo !!
ОтветитьFantastico!Magistrale!Strepitoso! Grandissima esibizione che va oltre ogni aspettativa!!
ОтветитьFor me:Lipatti,Denis,Martha..ofcourse there are more great pianists ,but for me ..❤
ОтветитьYO CREO QUE ES RAJMÁNINOV REENCARNADO,...NO HAY OTRA EXPLICACIÓN..¡¡¡¡
ОтветитьIncredible! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
ОтветитьYou can feel the ch'i gathered for years finally concentrated in one single video. Matured.
ОтветитьI've heard many play this. Denis hands down is the best. I want to revist both of these timeless works of art. I have always been a Rachmaninoff fan. When you Master both of these masterpieces your have arrived as an accomplished pianist.
