I am much getter at taking it to my farm supply store and letting them sharpen it for $5.00. If you are going to use a chain saw very often the ability to sharpen the chain is a must. Having a back up chain is also very important. KEEP IT OUT OF THE DIRT! Fun video, thanks for sharing the experience.

That stihl file the best chain sharpener I have ever used! Before I found it, I bought an electric sharpener that looks like a miter saw. It put a great edge on the tooth but would not take material off the depth guide bump in front of the tooth. So it would have really sharp teeth but couldn't cut a stick of butter with it. Wasted a few dollars "trying new things" .
