ОтветитьThis is art 👏🏾 Good job men 😮
ОтветитьHand made only using an electric powered lathe. Plus its concrete, the material you called cement. Two very different things.
ОтветитьWOW just, WOW!!! ❤ I don't have the words, just beyond beautiful!!!
ОтветитьGorgeous work! Regards from far north California
ОтветитьThe woods you’ve used in this video are stunning, so when you shape and wax them they become unbelievably gorgeous! Your skills are aboveboard and you are so talented that I believe the wood goes into shock! LOL You are amazing! Bravo!
ОтветитьYour pieces are amazing
ОтветитьSo how much for the goblets ? Lol
ОтветитьStunningly beautiful!!!! I can just set those in a place of honor in my house 🤗
ОтветитьCement would instantly blunt a non-carbide tool/bandsaw blade. Hardened cement is 6-7 on the Mohs hardness scale. The hardest woods are 2-3 Mohs.
ОтветитьExquisite 🤩
ОтветитьDavid what is the brand of your grinding jig for the turning tools?
Ответитьbeautiful pieces David .........Larry
ОтветитьBeautiful ❤️🥰
ОтветитьAn artist, very skilled. Love watching 👁️👁️
ОтветитьNice work here.. I do not have experience with sycamore but with Black Palm. Palm is in the grass family of plants and the end grain reminds me of a large group of straws bound together..The wood lacks annual rings. As for turning palm it’s different and can be flaky and chips out much.. Thus small voids are created. Sanding the wood is somewhat hard to do. You have done a great job here bringing out the contrasting colors of the wood..
ОтветитьYou inspire me. Art is beyond words but you add discipline to genius.
ОтветитьElegant turning ❤🎉😊
ОтветитьAnd the same what you've turned in black palm turn in brass or aloy.... the combination of shiny metal and wood must be sensationel.... 🎩👍👍🇩🇪🔨
Ответить❤❤🎵🎵
ОтветитьThese are so beautiful and an unusual wood. David is a true artist.
ОтветитьGlorious pieces! Love the music, too.
ОтветитьThe sycamore burl was more gorgeously veined than I could imagine! And the black palm, such a bear to work with, but so worth it in the end and such a perfect complement to the sycamore! What exquisitely beautiful pieces!
