ОтветитьI am conscious pushing the bulk work for sur but is it really necessary to be in bad shape to look good after ? I personnally think you can just make a slight bulk, and mini cut when your body doesn't please you anymore. The advantages of doing mini cut over serious cut overpass the advantages of pushing the bulk in my opinion

Ответитьyeah thats justs the levator scapula pain pattern, its that muscle on the side on the back neck that attaches above the shoulder blades. tightness can cause pain and refer on the midscaps.

Also I went from 66lbs to 110lbs for 6 reps on the tbar row in 1 1/2 months but after that I could not progress anymore for 3 months and ended up removing it from y routine. I replaced it with lying dumbbell rows and have gone from 57lbs to 74lbs over 3 months.
