What kind of peace UN and Nato provide to the world? Wars and more wars. Provocations and back up assurances from Nato and US to Ukraine to challenge and against Russia, prompted Ukraine to war with Russia. Nato and US are no peace maker but warmongers.

It's not about passing any resolutions or enforcing anything in South China Sea via UN but it's about transparency and raising these issues in the international platform. This is genuinely not just in Philippines' interest but is also beneficial for Southeast asian countries or anyone with a dispute together in the region. China will obviously reject this idea because they've shown in the past that the CCP is hell-bent on stopping this issue from gaining international attention and they even denounce Philippine government for being transparent about it.

Transparency in this issue benefits Philippines but not China, and that is a very very strong sign that Philippines and probably other ASEAN countries too have a much stronger legal rights in SCS over China. China's claim is essentially being backed by military might while both Philippines and Vietnam are backed by legality and international law.

Why who removed it before? I bet Duterte. China and Russia +Duterte. 🙄 Let's not forget Sec. CarlosP. Romulo was once the Secretary of the UN. Philippines 🇵🇭 has role on refugees hub before going to their ♾ destination.

China is a permanent member of UN who doesn't uphold the rule base such the UNCLOS which Philippines was awarded. They continue the harassment of the fisher folks and PCG in West Philippines sea.
