I have a doubt Gita aunty. My mom always tells me to not taste any neivedya and adjust the taste later on and adjust as needed after offering. Thats ok for recipes which are guided by proportion or if one is confident about the recipe. How can one do this if making something in bulk. I dont like the idea of guessing the taste, especially when lots of effort, time and ingredients are involved. How do you go about it? Thanks
