The Great Task Youth Leadership Program Virtual Challenge Video at Gettysburg

In conjunction with National Park Week, National Volunteer Week, and National Student Leadership Week we invite youth groups from across the country to participate in our Virtual Leadership Challenge Course.

Participants can participate in video challenges and live ranger tours to hone the following leadership skills and abilities:

-Communication Challenge from Meade’s Headquarters
-Decision-Making Challenge from Abraham Brian farm
-Endurance Challenge from John Slyder farm
-Organization Challenge at a Battlefield Barn
-Teamwork Challenge from 9th Massachusetts Battery position

Once you have completed the Virtual Leadership Challenge Course, you will be ready to visit us in person to explore even more leadership concepts and parts of the battlefield. Apply now for the 2022 Great Task Youth Leadership program – for student or youth groups in grades 7 to 12, looking for intensive leadership and character-building experiences that go beyond traditional field trips.
