What e-mail can I write to contact support? Please do not send me to your Help Center - something broke with Zendesk and it does not recognize my current password, which I did not even think of forgetting.
I bought two courses at a discount, but it turned out that I was subscribed to Domestika Plus and sold a year's subscription for 99 euros! This is much more expensive than two courses, even without a discount. And now it turns out that I also have no way to return it. I have not used Domestika Plus and do not plan to do so. How can I resolve this issue and make a refund?
