"I'm not a recruiter" but I'm making this video to...recruit. I don't fault you for publishing this however be transparent in what your end goal is.
ОтветитьThe stock price isn’t doing very hot since its IPO. Could you please do a video about the company’s projected growth and financials? I’m slightly confused regarding the $16K you pay in versus KW’s 25K cap. I’ve been considering going to KW once I’m licensed this fall but I’m still weighing the pros and cons. Thank you.
ОтветитьGreat video! I'm taking notes
ОтветитьGreat video
Ответитьstop moving the camera your making me dizzy. great information
ОтветитьMy wife was a KW owner from 03 to 05, and spent another 17 years with RE/MAX. I joined her in real estate 5 years ago. When we started looking at a move last year around October of 2018 the eXp opportunity fell out of the sky. We've never looked back. Your video expresses our feelings exactly. We were foolishly "renting" a brand name...and now we operate as owners. The future looks awesome!
ОтветитьSo helpful! Thank you <3
ОтветитьGreat information! Thank you!
ОтветитьThanks Kala!
Just licensed last week. While traveling to Texas for the weekend from CT to a longhorns football game met an EXP agent. What are your thoughts for new agents with no experience yet?
Are commissions paid through direct deposit. At my kw office. It takes too long.
ОтветитьWHAT about paperwork, who will double check to make sure a new agent didnt make mistakes on it? EXP has its own personal attorney too right?
ОтветитьI like the benefits your are talking on eXp vs KW. Being new to the industry, I’m concerned about new agent training. How is training for new agents to the industry?
ОтветитьBrilliant video, I am new to real estate am was torn between classroom or online course. I have decided to enrolled in a online course. I have not had the support I was hoping for any suggestions regarding online forum for those who are studying. I am almost finished with the course. But I have to a lot to review for the final exam. Any advised, would be most appreciated. Thank you
ОтветитьWhy not start your own brokerage?
ОтветитьI am a new Realtor in Virginia Beach, VA which is a very competitive area. My dad's friend owns a brand new small Real Estate company and I have to say it sucks. No training, I have been doing it for a month, wrote my first two purchase agreements on my own which wasn't hard, but I still wish I could have had some help. I plan on moving onto Keller Williams due to the fact I think it will provide some better opportunities than where I am at now. I think ExP real estate sounds good and all, but I am not so sure for a first-year agent.
ОтветитьHi Kaila, Can you explain a little about the lead generation? Thanks!
ОтветитьGreat video. I am very interested in Keller Williams because I heard their training is amazing. It’s good to know that eXp has better training.
When you say you had to pay $25,000 a year at Keller Williams and $16,000 a year at eXp. What exactly do you mean? You have to pay that up front or they deducted it from each transaction you make? What if you make less than $25,000 or $16,000 a year? You still have to give them that fee? Is it royalties ? Thank you in advance.
Can you speak to the mentorship fee for those new to eXp? Thanks!
ОтветитьI dont understand why is it $16000 now ?
ОтветитьRealaty? Realator? JK-best wishes. I left KW becuase there was no flexibility for growth outside of my market
ОтветитьDo you think EXP is a good option for someone just starting out as a brand new real estate agent?
ОтветитьThank you for the info. Great video. Would you recommend EXP for a new agent? I just passed my exam and came across your video in searching for a brokerage.
ОтветитьDoes Exp Reality provide you with your local MLS?
ОтветитьNice recruiting video. MLM. How can you say that you are re-engaging over the internet.
ОтветитьThank you sooo much. Exactly what i was looking for. I’ll be making th switch from KW today!
ОтветитьKeller Williams is a Ponzi scheme....And it attracts the dumbest people both as agents, and as clients.
Ответитьgreat stuff.. loved your enthusiasm.. all the way from kangaroo country,, xx
ОтветитьFabulous content, wonderful comparison and loved that you offered the facts. Thank you. Am shopping for the right firm.
ОтветитьI just came out from timeshare sales and have my license but where to begin is the question, i interviewed with kW here in Orlando the past friday and after all the fees, I wondered if there was anything better and I came across your post by chance following my best friends recommendation to look up EXP and you touched on the topics I was some interested on finding out more on. is it possible to talk to you?? you seem very real and honest.
ОтветитьHi Kaila! My name is Jamie and I live in Colorado... just passed my real estate exams last week! I’ve been looking into KW and EXP and am getting more and more interested in EXP. I don’t have any experience in real estate but am very excited and motivated and feel I could do well based off all the videos (like yours!) and information and gone through about EXP. Do you know how I could find out more or figure out what I would need to do to move forward to get my career started? Any help or info would be greatly appreciated! :)
ОтветитьWas thinking but joining Keller Williams but now considering EXP. Would you recommend EXP for a new agent ?
ОтветитьeXp like KW is MLM.
ОтветитьI'm not in real estate but loved hearing your story and how eXP works!
ОтветитьSomewhat unclear on the $16000 cap. What about the monthly fees? Additional transaction fees? Monthly tech fees? Monthly university tuition fees? E&O fee? Sounds like more than a $16000 cap.
ОтветитьExcellent video Kaila! Former KW here as well, and I liked KW as well. However, I love eXp and it has been transformational for my real estate business in many ways. It comes down to the traditional real estate business model vs a completely new business model - which is what eXp offers us.
ОтветитьWhat happens if you dont meet the 16k cap with exp? Is this money you HAVE to pay them even if you dont sell? Or is this the amount thats ONLY required and removed from your earnings as you sell until you hit that mark?
ОтветитьI just signed with KW in NC .I’m a brand new agent and luckily one of the experienced brokers agreed to mentor me! I also have broker friends who left KW to move over to EXP. They told me KW is a great start and after a couple years to join them over at EXP, so that is my plan!
ОтветитьBeen watching comparison videos all week as I am about to get my license..EXP it is
ОтветитьCamera has a mind of his own..........wine
ОтветитьGreat information- I've been with KW my entire Real Estate career (7 yrs) and I've been researching info on EXP. I must say your video was refreshing, because I feel like a lot of the other EXP videos focus more on the revenue share than anything else.
ОтветитьWhatup Kayla!
ОтветитьWhen you moved, they kept all of your pending commissions in retaliation and told you there is no life outside of KW?
ОтветитьOne of the KW founders jumped ship with the agents to eXp realty, that's funny!
ОтветитьMotivation speech, I like your, Very good Decision to joined exp realty
ОтветитьI think Keller Williams sucks BOLD sucks too is obvious that we all wanna generate leads KW methods are old fashioned
ОтветитьOkay, well since you fancy yourself a Realtor, let me give you a tip you'll thank me for for the rest of your life. You're not a "Real-i-tor," you're a "Real-tor." There's no "i" anywhere in the word.
You're welcome.
Kw has a major major sexual harassment problem! Stay away from them it goes to the very top of the organization
ОтветитьI started with KW as well, after a year of only 1 transaction mainly because I was busy learning but I think I that’s how they expect for your first year, problem was, I was paying a ton of money for their training. I recently moved to EXP and I love everything about EXP. Everyone has been so helpful and I have had so many others offer help to me.
