First!
ОтветитьAwesome to a new video Marc, hope you enjoyed some killer time off!! And those amp sounds 😮💨
ОтветитьThanks again, Marc, for choosing to be here and for sharing with us. I am very much looking forward to hearing your new material. Peace, brother!
ОтветитьHey Marc the amp, guitar and your playing are a match made in heaven. Lemme ask you something if you don’t mind. Do you feel like there’s much difference in having a humbucker in the bridge instead of another single coil? Some of those sounds Gary Moore and John Norum got with single coils in the bridge didn’t seem to lack anything that a humbucker had. What do you think?
ОтветитьSounds awesome 😎
ОтветитьIve been eagerly waiting for a video like this. Thanks! The 80's tone you got out of it with your JTal demo a few months ago sunded HUGE. It does sound good with everything else, too!
ОтветитьAwesome keep the videos coming Marc!!
ОтветитьGreat sound!
ОтветитьThat thing sounds fantastic, and great playing as usual !! Cant wait to hear your new stuff
ОтветитьGood sound🎸👍🏻
ОтветитьBOOM🧨🧨! DONT STOP SHOWING THAT TALENT🎸🎸.
ОтветитьMarc, please upload old live videos of XYZ if you have. Will be very happy.
ОтветитьStraight into the amp = lots of delay.
Sure, you didn't say directly into the amp.
But that is the point where I stopped listening, wrote this comment, and went somewhere else.
Wow, what tones & playing Marc, love these videos, keep sharing brother, awesome content. Cheers
ОтветитьLove it! Dave modified my 50 watt Marshall reissue (the sounded like ass) and I love it!! Really interested in your twang channel
ОтветитьNice playing. I love Bray amps
ОтветитьHonestly man, I'm just really glad you're here. For very many years, I wondered what had happened to you, and I'm glad you're alive and seemingly doing well. Keep 'em coming dude!
ОтветитьWould love to see you play the solo for H. H. Boogie, such a bitchin solo and that decending lick in the beginning is mint
ОтветитьSo awesome to see you playing and sharing your talents. I've been a huge fan since I first heard the XZY "self titled" album. Also Bray's are awesome, I got a modded 1987x from him probably 15 years ago that still get's heavy use.
ОтветитьI AM absolutely 100% in awe. I am a huge fan of yours!!! I am also a guitar player that still strives to play your XYZ material after many years (some day...). Thank you for making this video. I have searched high and low for any information about the gear you used in the 80's, interviews, anything. Unfortunately, there is not much out there. That is a huge shame. Thank you. You have a lot more fans than you realize.
ОтветитьSo glad you’re back Marc. EVH Nuno and Diglio!!! 80’s Mt Rushmore
ОтветитьYou should’ve been on every guitar mag cover back in the day. Matter of fact you still should be. First time I heard your solo in Face down in the gutter I was like… whoa! Glad to see you here and playing. We need a solo instrumental album. 😁
ОтветитьGreat video once again. Marc, which gears you used in Hungry album? Someone told me you used Laney amp but it sounds so Plexi like to me.
ОтветитьEven in a tiny room, Marc gets that BIG stage sound.
ОтветитьMark I saw your Guitar Tech fill in for you at a show in Orlando Florida years ago.He was fantastic, what was his name? He nailed all your solos note for note.I believe they said your were sick
ОтветитьFuck me, your tone (and playing) are so good brother! Im looking at Jtal guitars and A 50 watt Bray now. My wifes gonna kill me. Ha!
ОтветитьGreat playing, great tone. I dig that amp. I've never tried a Bray before. What pickups are in that Talman? Looks like Duncans, but what models?
ОтветитьMarc, what amp and pedal did you use on XYZ Hungry album ? Sound is insane :)
ОтветитьMark thank you for your contributions to rock and guitar!
ОтветитьGreat to hear you.... I love that AMP! I never heard of it before... So what head / cabinets were you using back in 1990/91? What gave us YOUR sound?
ОтветитьMarc, just discovered you and XYZ about a week ago. Really enjoying your music.
80’s was a different era for guitar. Would love to hear what your practice time was like back then. All the things you did on a daily basis to develop your chops and shred vocabulary.
