This week we explore the beautiful BYFIELD NATIONAL PARK in QUEENSLAND. We stay in the Byfield State Forest at a campsite called RED ROCKS and take you on a tour of some of other nearby campgrounds WATER PARK & UPPER STONEY CREEK. We discover some amazing swimming holes and beautiful forest surrounds before heading into the BYFIELD NATIONAL PARK and taking on the infamous BIG SANDY sand dune. Will the mighty COLORADO be up to the challenge?
We then take you on a driving tour of the park and checkout the Five Rocks Campground before taking the short walk to the magnificent LITTLE FIVE ROCKS BEACH, we hope you love it as much as we did. We get a little lost but manage to find our way onto 9 MILE BEACH.
I think IM HOT on the trail of a dingo and Ally listens to a seminar in the middle of nowhere thanks to STARLINK.
We really hope you enjoy this week’s episode as much as we did making it. The Byfield National Park is truly an Australian treasure.
