As someone who's borderline between INTJ and INTP, I'm not sure if I'm allowed to relate to both, neither, or only one.

I feel like I'd be more likely to hide from customers, but it wouldn't be out of character of me to clarify a snarky remark.

Do you think an Infj coud be a good lawyer?

ENFP working at a desk job with plain walls and no windows, and no colleagues doing office administration (data entry mostly). I bawled the first week working there and i looked more than a little too glad when my boss comes in for half an hour a day (if ever). Sometimes it felt like purgatory. (Im leaving this job for a new one at an office with ambience and some colleagues)

My relief is working a part time job as a banquet server. The mgmt is a nightmare but im gleeful at the prospect that i get to meet and interact with strangers each time. (Just left this because of the mgmt)

Many of these, even outside of my type, would be awful for me

So INFJ here. People tell me I should be a politician cause of how I always speak the truth and don’t make promises I can’t keep. I tell them that’s exactly why I wouldn’t be a good politician.

ESTPs would actually do really well at telemarketing. They are natural salesmen. Especially the ones that insist on using their psychic powers for evil.

The ISTP one lmao, that's actually pretty accurate coz I sometimes imagine myself if how well I would do as an actor and that is what my imagination would turn out lol.

ENFP here, I have worse. A monotone job at a factory line, at some point even daydreaming become boring. Absolutely not recommended.

I know a certain Infj who is a politician but he is very great and inspired his people to be a great race 😏😏😏😏😉

Well, in fact I am ENTP, AND a teacher, and I am kinda like your description. And, you know what ? It works very well. My students love me and I love my job… No not my students.

I’m an ENTJ who needs to do counselling as a significant part of my work. The listen to people complain bit can be tiresome, but the carefully explaining to people how they are ruining their own lives and how to stop bit is quite satisfying. I am a highly sought out counsellor btw.

I'm an INTJ receptionist and I thought I'd be horrible at it, but turns out I actually love the job! Since I work in the vet field, I get to sort all the insurance and medical records, manage the schedules, and make sure everything is run efficiently. Also I'm pretty good at the customer service aspect because I simply do not care when people yell or say wild things. I actually find it pretty funny. The most frustrating part of is dealing with the morons who refuse medical care they deem "unnecessary" for their pets. Had a woman say her newly diabetic dog didn't need insulin and I was about ready to fight her... other than that I really enjoy the work 😅

Actually trying to find my personality type right now and damn, that ISTJ (suspected0 really fits, that'd be one of the worst jobs for me. xD

IDK how it is for other INTPs, but I'm not afraid of being around people, I just prefer not being around people. And if I am in a social environment amongst a lot of people, I'm okay with that too, I don't like it,but I am okay. Unfortunately all my favorite bands don't do house shows just for me.

this is so funny because my younger sibling is an ISTP and they LOVE theatre. I think they’re one of the token favourite students among the drama teachers at my school… they are an enigma I think 😅

Oh come on, acting can be easy for ISTP: there's a script that can mostly be slightly altered if the actor feels like it.

I am quite annoyed at ENFPs and ESFJs, but I just want to hug these ones. Even as a INTJ I can recognize what a painful and torturous experience that must be for these two types. They need people like I need my privacy..... and this reminds me of my mom's suffering. I should go visit her.

I think Telemarketer is actually a pretty good fit for ESTP. They seem like natural salesmen to me. ENTPs can definitely be excellent teachers too. Just generally on the college level.

Me an ENFP literally picking my majors because I REFUSE to work in a small office AT ALL not even for a weeek because i would lose my mind, LMAO

Me an ENFP probably who has always thought of office desk work as her worst nightmare. What i hated even more btw was when i was working as a shop assistant in a shop with few customers and i wasn't allowed to 'idle', no phones, no books. Not even pen and paper. And you had to pretend you were busy and do senseless work like dusting the shelves for the 10th time that day. It was physically painful and drove me nearly crazy. The lack of sensory stimulation was mind numbing and I started to seriously suspect I have adhd. Anyway, i quit after 3 months. My favourite thing i have done was travelling from farm to farm and doing whatever odd jobs they had. And I also love project focused work like theatre productions (any aspect of them). I need this relevance and the deadlines. I actually really feel alive and energised when i work in a project like that.
