I have made your original tuscan chicken recipe about a dozen times in the past 6 months. It has found its way into the wknd rotation of meals. I will def try this one tom cuz my kid asked "can we have pasta instead of rice thia time?" Say less kid, say less.

I have tried your original Tuscan Chicken and found by cubing and cooking the chicken first, made it a whole lot easier. But when serving the original way at a dinner party, gave a more of a wow factor. Totally delicious both ways.

Hi Nikki, would you save any of the pasta water to help thicken the sauce or is there enough coming with the pasta to do the trick? I'm thinking I'd marinate the chicken in the spices for a bit before starting to fry them :)
