Haunted chair passed onto me in May of 2018 from the coworker of my girlfriend who inherited it from the estate of her late grandfather. He passed away in the home and apparently had made a hobby of restoring and refinishing wooden furniture of this sort.

The coworker inherited this antique chair and had it in her bedroom. On the first night, she had a horrible dream in which a black “entity” was squishing her in bed. She woke up and was so disturbed she woke her husband to tell him about it. He reassured her it was just a dream and insisted she try to go back to sleep. He then fell asleep and, after about ten minutes, and to the surprise of his wife who was still very much awake, gasped himself awake, having had the exact same dream. Girlfriend told the coworker her boyfriend was a paranormal enthusiast and, subsequently, the chair was passed along to me.

I have a decent amount of experience in paranormal investigation and am rarely "disturbed" by things of this sort. Since coming into this piece of furniture, I have seen things out of the corners of my eye and I have heard noises. I hate being near this chair. I hate touching it. You couldn't pay me to sit in it.

In late May of 2018, after getting scared and leaving the chair out on my patio for a few days, I decided to place the chair in my extra bedroom/multimedia demo studio at home and set up a camera with extra IR illuminator, a couple EMF readers and a voice recorder. This was all done around 4 a.m. after returning home from work (I am a musician and play shows late at night).

The camera chopped approximately 7 hours of footage into 14 HD videos which I have now decided to make public - raw, undoctored, unedited. I have already made note of a few interesting anomalies through parts 1 and 2 (during which you'll catch me setting gadgets up, walking on my creeky floors in my underpants before taking a shower, taking said shower, brushing my teeth and ultimately expiring for the night.
