All watermelons have a yellow spot on them. The darker the yellow spot, the sweeter the watermelon. I've used this method for a decade. Hasn't failed me yet.

I'm black, a Mexican taught me how to pick a watermelon, and it's not the yellow spot theory. And it's been 90% successful at getting sweet watermelons. And I've eaten a lot of watermelons.

The difference between flour tortillas and corn tortillas are you pretty much have to cook the corn tortillas prime on a skillet with oil and butter or deep fry them the only thing you need to do with flour tortillas are steam them a little bit so they're soft.
