If you’re ever in Macon, Ga go to the Allman Brothers museum, the Big House. They lived in it for three years. It’s amazing. We stopped last week. Only had a few hours. Maybe some day I’ll go back and spend a few days.
ОтветитьBack when bands made real songs and music
ОтветитьDad i want to shine ! I love Jesus and Mom
ОтветитьDuane’s voice is great here. Young.

ОтветитьWell, I've got to run to keep from hidin'
And I'm bound to keep on ridin'
And I've got one more silver dollar
But I'm not gonna let 'em catch me, no
Not gonna let 'em catch the midnight rider
And I don't own the clothes I'm wearing
And the road goes on forever
And I've got one more silver dollar
But I'm not gonna let 'em catch me, no
Not gonna let 'em catch the midnight rider
And I've gone by the point of caring
Some old bed I'll soon be sharing
And I've got one more silver dollar
But I'm not gonna let 'em catch me, no
Not gonna let 'em catch the midnight rider
No, I'm not gonna let 'em catch me, no
Not gonna let 'em catch the midnight rider
No, I'm not gonna let 'em catch me, no
I'm not gonna let 'em catch the midnight rider
No, I'm not gonna let 'em catch me, no
I'm not gonna let 'em catch the midnight rider
Not gonna let 'em catch the midnight rider

ОтветитьEveryone who knows it❤
ОтветитьDuane was the leader and he died then the other founder died a few blocks from where duane was killed a year later. Greg got the guys together and they decided to keep on or they might be on the streets as greg put it. The rest is history. They toured endlessly

ОтветитьTotally amazing! I love Dikey Betts contributing to this song!
ОтветитьAwesome song by great musicians! Had several of their albums. We didn't know how good we had it back then.
ОтветитьI was there and 76 saw them live in a field east, Ohio, along with 20,000 bobble heads, because that’s what we was doing, what a day in life , Memories, pretty sure that’s what life‘s about!
ОтветитьAs Joe the juicer says, the first 40 years one does everything you can do to kill your self. Then the next 40 years you do everything you can to save yourself.
ОтветитьI LOVE DICKEY BETTS

Ответить🎶 1973 is the year I started kindergarten at age 5 years old. As a 56 y/o black woman, I’m feeling this! 🎶
“But I'm not gon' let 'em catch me, no,
