great work man, adapting bbp to vanilla buildings is always a pain in the ass. tbh i'd probably go ez-mode and build in one of the underground garages in portland instead, a second exit can be good to have sometimes, even if its more effort to build/protect.

Fab build, only comment I could make is you could unsnap the upstairs wall so it's raised a few inches to give you an angle on the first door/entry point.

I thought about building down there before. But bbp kits weren't working for a long time and vanilla building wasn't allowing me to do much down there so I gave up after two days.

If setting up this base depends ENTIRELY on getting that first kit down exact, you could provide some better detail about how to position.
Line up with which wall back wall left wall right against just outside point of reference for height would help too.
Take longer to show its position from more angles.
Whole rest of the vid is nice, but ultimately useless as a tutorial without this detail.
