Drown cray in fresh water then cook in salty water. Boil water put cray in. When back to boil 15 minutes depending on cray size 😊
ОтветитьIt's great to see caravaners helping out other caravaners. Good on you guys. I love your posts. You take us to some amazing places. And this was no exception. Thanks so much team. 😊
ОтветитьOut of the mouths of babes , old mate turns up everywhere 🙄
ОтветитьBest time of the year to be up there just before the busy season. Enjoyed the video thanks.

ОтветитьDid you build that desalination thing or did you buy it ready made ?
If so, where do you buy it.
I'm with you Simon, crayfish is so over rated.
ОтветитьIn 3 words...Stunning...Stunning...STUNNING!
ОтветитьGreat to see the RO unit working. Planning on getting a Rainman unit for our van build. Have seen others pumping into small blowup pool first to get water closer to van and also silt drops to the bottom 😊
ОтветитьGreat episode, good to get the van on the beach - what a spot. Now with Russell a cray fisherman, we will have to get you trying a Tassie cray, better than those small WA ones 😂 you did good with a small pot 👍 Have a great week Alexandra
ОтветитьEpic content cheers
ОтветитьBeautiful spot. Thanks for more info on the desalination plant. Hubby is keen to do one for us.
ОтветитьNot sure if you have said but how many litres of water are you able to process per hour through the system.
That camp site look beautiful. im very jealous.
Hi Simon ,liz n kids
Just wondering how often do you have to change filters and what the cost is, would be greatly appreciated as a mate builds systems for housing in remote area's and when he comes back in a month would like to have some of the homework done. Cheers
Love ya show watch every New series Keep up the great work and have a lovely time
Wazza
Ohh p.s
Looking to do system on a Ute set-up for myself and dog traveling remote n aus soon. Cheers, wazza
Crayfish is just the best! No need to tart it up with herbs and spices ( or cheese???) that ruins the true flavour. Gorgeous campsite and well worth the effort to get there!
ОтветитьHey Simon. I see that you guys are living the dream as always 🙂
I'm guessing your power system was more than up to the task of providing all your power needs during your stay on the beach in particular, along with the (prolonged) operational use of your reverse osmosis filtration system?
I'm also guessing that if/when you get your new van, you'll be removing and reinstalling your water filtration system on it?
awesome location.
ОтветитьI'm just wondering how you cost justify changing vans after only a year or so. What is your budgeted changeover cost to the next van?
ОтветитьPlease more info on the desalination unit. Price brand etc. great vid thanks.
ОтветитьIf I ever get stuck I hope you are around you can help me and I’ll tell you about an ej Holden and two sheets of rio two kids to get to our shed in the sand dunes😂
