最近，苏州市放出了一颗拯救楼市的重磅炸弹，开发商的售价如果低于备案价格，监管部门对于降价的幅度不作限制。也就是说，开发商可以按照自己的意愿降价促销，政府部门不再干涉企业的定价权。
