最近,苏州市放出了一颗拯救楼市的重磅炸弹,开发商的售价如果低于备案价格,监管部门对于降价的幅度不作限制。也就是说,开发商可以按照自己的意愿降价促销,政府部门不再干涉企业的定价权。
