Ответитьi dont know if i'll ever make sourdough, but this was so fascinating! i remember in 2020 i made chocolate croissants inspired by you, and it was a VERYYYY long process, but so rewarding :)

Did you keep your starter at room temp for both feedings? And how long after for second feed did you begin making the levain?? Thanks so much for helping me! I just started and I love your video! 🌾

So I followed your recipe for levain and dough long story short my bread came out fantastic I made garliccand Herb and blueberry Cinnamon. Wish I could show you how beautiful they came out.
