There is my life with Long Covid before this video, and then after this video. I was like "the trust operating system, I NEED THAT RIGHT NOW". I promptly cancelled the functional medicine protocol I was about to start (thanks Raelan and Simon for helping me save 400 GBP/mo that would have made basically ZERO difference hahaha) and started working with Simon instead. We have spent comparatively little time working on functionality, instead focusing on things like listening to my body and meeting my needs, working with anger more skillfully, and above all increasing my self-compassion and my ability to just BE with myself. And TA-DA! The functionality has followed. Incredibly swiftly, actually. Week after week, I see clear progress. Raelan, thanks to your work and the resources you make available to this community, I am going to spend months with this condition instead of years. That is a holy sh*t moment right there.
ОтветитьWow! So sorry for what you’ve been through…I can relate to much of ur story…thx for sharing 🤓.
ОтветитьAn amazing interview! Thanks so much for the simple, bold suggestions on how to rethink things💖
ОтветитьHe’s lucky he could sleep that much in the beginning. I guess that’s the positive part of the picture😢
ОтветитьIl love this, great info great person❤thank you
ОтветитьThank you both
ОтветитьSuch a great interview, so much to think about and check out. Thanks you so much Raelan and Simon. The way Simon described the ingrained fear OS makes so much sense to me, I have that issue too. I found myself crying at the end of the video, good tears 🙂
ОтветитьThank you so much, both of you.
ОтветитьThank you!!!
ОтветитьThis interview gave me lots of hope! I really needed to hear this. Thank you so so much Simon AND Raelan! 🧡🙏🏽
ОтветитьBrilliant as really resonated- thank u so much to u both ❤ I will get there! I am expert at acting well 😢x
ОтветитьThis one is particularly helpful!
ОтветитьI’ve not heard from Simon in a long time. What I really like about his videos is that he really gets into the weeds of it all. He gets into the trenches. Not just broad ominous hints and/or clues to make you buy an online program. Awesome guest, thanks Raelan
ОтветитьWell spoken Simon. You're one of the top coaches in my book.
Thankyou for being a part of the process towards getting me fully well.
Very moving 🙏
ОтветитьExcellent interview, I really appreciated all of your tips Simon. I am definitely going to use them. Thank you
ОтветитьA lot of what he said reminded me of the reset to thrive programme… good little refresh ❤
Ответить18 mins in and I’ve had 6 ads! 😢
ОтветитьRaelan I can’t thank you enough for all that you do. You are the best interviewer I have come across, letting the person speak and giving them that space. ❤
ОтветитьBrilliant. I enjoyed that. What a lovely man. Xx
ОтветитьHi Simon, hi Raelan, it’s Annie. Raelan’s fellow traveler. I’m hearing you both.🇦🇺
ОтветитьI have not understood if Simon is Fully recovered. Can you live a normal life without restrictions or you have to be careful? That us the impression I have from the interview. Full recovery for me means to able to live without be in danger to relapse and have to be careful. Choosing not to push is another thing but can you push through without complications?
ОтветитьThank you both for such a brilliant interview. I have learned something new and valuable yet again from listening to Simon. Currently having MBR sessions with Simon and finding this technique and process a very valuable tool with many lightbulb moments and insights! I’m learning to really incorporate these tools into my day to day life in a very concrete way that I haven’t been able to manage previously, this with Simon’s expert and compassionate guidance 🙏🏼
ОтветитьSimon has helped me so much. He is wise, caring and encouraging!
ОтветитьGold 🙏
Ответитьi watched so many of vids here but this one with @mecfsexplored got me the most! Thank you Simon for your explanations! This will help me a lot.
ОтветитьGreat interview. So much good stuff. Simon is a lovely person and shares so much good info for free abt recovering💜💙💚The fact that anybody gets themselves well from this illness still blows my mind.
ОтветитьThank you both, great interview. Can't wait to check out your stuff, Simon! I feel hope that I might one day have some energy to do the things I love and see the people I want to see <3
ОтветитьThanks again for the opportunity to share my story Raelan!

ОтветитьAny time a doctor gives you "protocols" you should spit in their facemask
ОтветитьOh simon I love your channel you help me a lot 😊
Ответить🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
ОтветитьDid you have to bring up Warren The Wanker again? 😂
Cheers
Warren
You are not your thoughts
Stand back
Observe
Think
Be kind to yourself
It’s working for me 😊
Yes. I too have always operated from a place of fear. It comes, I think, from not having very nurturing parents (because they were under a lot of stress themselves). And then not being able to acquire emotionally supportive relatives or friends.
It is difficult to move into a place of trust if your experiences contradict it. We have to become a good, nurturing parent to ourselves. And to be on our own side, especially when everyone else is not. We have been running on empty for all our lives.
Another guy who made a profession form this, I literally hate this and what is with this prices man we are broke!!!
ОтветитьSimon great to see you mate
ОтветитьLove your input Simon, thank you
