The Worst Type of Person?

What makes someone the worst type of person? I don't mean like vegans or feminists... or do I? I mean, they are pretty annoying... But I mean more like rapists, murders, pedophiles, and that kind of thing. I feel like society has a warped view of what is acceptable and what's not. Especially if people consider murder less severe than like rape. Surely killing someone is as bad as it can get? Right? Idk...
