Hi. Great work. just an option. connect your system to an AI bot and allow it to speak to you. Basically something like Siri in KITTS voice. This way you will really have a response to a question you ask, and you can also have a conversation...

This is a great custom KITT! I'm definitely going to try to get one myself, though a season 3/4 version, and hopefully with air conditioning, auto transmission, and GPS and a full emulator pack in the dash TV for playing Atari when KITT is parked.

Your K.I.T.T. replica looks really good and I really like how you put Knight Two Thousand on the wheel where it should be.

You have lived my dream, im 47 and ever since I was a wee lad Ive wanted an '82 Transam customised to be like KITT....... I even became a field engineer so that I (one man) could make a difference (to telecom systems) in my (always ordered black company) car unlike any other (other engineers had different cars, never black) :)

Unfortunately, living in Scotland makes that a hard dream to achieve, so I have gone for my second favourite car (brand) and own a Mustang (2018 S550). I have owned that KITT app for a long time, I also have the thinkgeek box which I let my kids use to charge their iphones when in the car. I am keenly awaiting KAITT!

Installed a digidash to my car to provide TV playback as well, so, I I sort of have a tiny bit of KITT's functionality (in my dreams haha)

I know someone in the UK who has remodelled KITT but convertible and its bloody accurate. Not known really though as it maybe seen one show a year.

Were the reason we all grew up with alone never being in the cards. Where everyone on the rd is simply there to navigate thru and beat to wherever. Funny they all always act like they werent after you win. Cant blame them all lol

If you ever want to really drag the car kicking and screaming into the modern era and get rid of the fuses and relays, Haltech makes an amazing product called the Rebel LS that integrates a programmable engine computer, 4 25 amp high powered outputs, and is not only fully customizable but also allows you to add a solid state relay system that could literally eliminate excess clutter and seeing the amount of electronics you're dealing with there's a bunch. I am doing something similar to my 300ZX and I have been able to simplify all of my wiring, throw away my entire fuse and relay box in the engine bay, add a variety of display output screens, and can legit take parts off of any car I want and with a couple of keyboard strokes run that part like it came off the factory line with it.

One tiny minus is KR came out before ST:TNG and the introduction of LCARS interface. Even just an overlay KITT CPU 2 and 3 across the monitors may be better.

The car is awesome. I am 52. I grew up with this show. Great job. I am sure it brought happy tears and memories to 10's of thousands of Gen Xer's and other gens who love the show.

I re watched these 3 videos again. Amazing from start to finish. What a transformation! I liked the inclusion of the music from the series. I was told years ago about the shoe polish on the dash; ideal for those old cars. I'm thinking a re watch of the serious coming up soon. Garth Knight still looks scary. It's like when Decker was in an A Team episode, they generally were the best ones.
