Haaa🤦🏻♂️ we have had that happen 3 times now... the main time was 4 of July in a busy town, we didn’t know/hear the pump was running little while later we heard it and looked in the engine room and the diagram had cracked and let the waste come out🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤣 long night that night.
ОтветитьI did’n now how the system was working. Thanks of your clear video it was really easy to replace at our Sunseeker Camargue 44. Thanks, Karel from Belgium
ОтветитьYou da man. Thanks for the upload
ОтветитьYou should have replaced all 4 you were right there and its not difficult. Also I would have pulled the Bellow out cleaned and inspected it, a replacement Bellow coast about 100.00 on E-Bay.
ОтветитьThanks. Mine keeps recycling so with this video as help I'm going to tackle the job. One rule on my Searay is no #2 so hopefully it's not too gross!
ОтветитьGreat! Thanks.
ОтветитьCaptain Brian, can you assist with the parts to order, are they standard? I think we need to replace duck bills, bellow and gasket, I cannot find any part numbers online or even the model of vac u flush in my manual. Am I over complicating it? I see parts on amazon, Bellows, gaskets and duck bills sold together. 1998 370 SeaRay Sundancer.
ОтветитьThanks for doing this - very helpful, and I’m now quite comfortable with doing the job myself. Cheers
ОтветитьThanks for making this video. Helped a lot!
ОтветитьI’ve just replaced my Vacuflush duckbill valves with a TMC electric macerator toilet and new pipes. 😊
ОтветитьThanks , very helpful . But can you tell me what size duckbill valves you used? I have a 2001 453 Silverton I just need to make sure before I take it apart. I have the same VacuFlush Sys.
ОтветитьVery helpful with my 320; most difficult part was access to one of the back bolts and also didn’t get to the 4th bill as I didn’t want to break anything. My boat is 17 with original duck bills; they actually didn’t look too bad. personally I never use the head
ОтветитьThanks for this; tackled the job on my 17 year old searay 320 yesterday. Original duckbills didn’t look too bad! I also only replaced the 3. Hardest part was some access and gloves that broke! Personally I never use the head; only the admiral and occasional guests- because I was dreading it! Also..I did lose one of those tiny screws….
ОтветитьReally really helpful. Thank you!
ОтветитьReally well done Bill. One of the better videos
ОтветитьThat was a fantastic tutorial , really appreciate you taking the time to post it. We are about to give the 10 year old Vacuflush 5009 in our Unimog Overlander a service so this has helped so much 🙂
ОтветитьI saw what appears to be teflon tape on the backside male fitting. Is it suggested to use..or overkill? Thinkin it couldn't hurt. Great video..and thx much!
ОтветитьFantastic, but what a lousy invention, in terms of maintenance. WackoFlush.... Normal system without the vacuum works just as well, without the maintainance hell......
ОтветитьThanks for the great video. Pretty sure I can do this now. My only problem is accessibility and I have two of them. 🤨
ОтветитьHelpful video. Thanks for sharing!
ОтветитьYup! I'm next. We just got the boat in the water last Saturday and it failed immediately upon testing. Our retrieval was interesting to say the least. I'll post it by tomorrow. Thanks for this "tutorial."
ОтветитьThank you for the wonderful step by step. You did a dirty job so well
Ответить3rd video I watched where the 4th valve is skipped...because apparently no one knows what a strap wrench is???
ОтветитьExactly what I was looking for. My pump runs continuously, and wont build up pressure. I am hoping this solves the problem. Thanks again.
Ответитьnice video. question for anyone... if our vacuflush toilet IS NOT flushing... is it the nearest hose or hose closest to the fiberglass wall that I would replace?
ОтветитьReally good video! We followed your steps and changed our duckbills for the first time :D
ОтветитьThanks I’m really glad I found this channel. The diy is the part I am most interested in, easy to follow video and audio and detailed. I would have changed the other duckbill while I had it apart odours aside , but then never having done one maybe my bravado is misplaced 😁. Will now go in search of your other diy videos
ОтветитьExcellent explanation, recently replaced mine as well as the head seals.
ОтветитьWhoop!!
ОтветитьThanks heaps for this great video! Definitely removed the mystery about replacing these mythical creatures, the DuckBill!
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьWhat a crappy job :-)
ОтветитьBrilliant help, thank you!
Just changed ours and they certainly needed it. It took less time than watching the tutorial, all thanks to your help. Thanks
What a shitty job - lol. Great video
ОтветитьCapt. I have a 2018 Boston Whaler 270 Vantage. No voltage info available for the VacuFlush like on the boat in this video. When I turn on my pump it makes a really loud screeching noise as it primes. Once it's primed, it's fine. Then when you flush it does it again. Any idea what this could be & if there is an easy fix??? Like sending oil down the toilet LOL??? Glenn
ОтветитьI just changed mine but the lump won’t stop running. The bowl is Sealed. Please help
ОтветитьFantastic! Thanks for doing that. Now I know what's wrong with my forward head!
ОтветитьTy. My pump won't shut off so your info will be put to use after work and a trip to the parts store.
ОтветитьThank you for that info.
ОтветитьThank you Sir, I need to do mine this weekend, you made it look easy, lol! What size did you use 1.5?
ОтветитьPerfect, Thank You!!!
ОтветитьGreat video! Thanks very much!
Ответитьgreat vid many thanks
ОтветитьThank you !
