GUIDE TO BECOMING A REAL ESTATE AGENT: My Experience & Advice

Just got my license last week on September 15, 2021!
Are you thinking about becoming a real estate agent but don't know where to start? That's why I wanted to share what I did from finding a pre-licensing course, taking the licensing exam, and activating the license.

Fees that I paid (varies by state):
Pre-Licensing Course: $525 for 60 hour course (includes textbooks)
Dearborn App: 3 day free trial + $40/one month
Licensing Exam with PSI: $145 ($80 application + $65 first time full exam)
Initial Sales Person License: $305 ($285 license fee + $20 Guarantee Fund fee)
