Central Reserve Police Force used to patrol my city and they were such a common sight most of us 80s kids used to find them a normal part of our cityscape.

If force can establish peace, super powers should be in complete bliss of peace. Had security forces been employed the way it should be, the present forces in deployment are sufficient. Partisanship would just aggravate the situation. Had attacks from the valley been prevented, kukis would not venture into the valley first. Disengagement is the first requisite for meaningful collaborative decision makings to proceed.
