Delicious ribeye steak with onion butter sauce.

Take steak out from fridge and leave it on the counter to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Use paper towel to pat the steak dry. Season with salt on both sides.
Apply oil on both sides.
Preheat the pan by doing water test.
Add steak, sear for 2-3 minutes depending on thickness of steak until see brown crust.
When the crust is brown, turn over and sear the other side.
After another 2 minutes when the other side is also brown, add the butter with mixed herb and continue frying for about 2 minutes.
Remove and rest for 10 minutes.

To make the sauce, we add the shallots in the butter oil.
Add the beef juice and some cooking wine.
Add some water, taste and add salt and sugar to taste. I am adding a teaspoon of sugar.

You can serve as a main dish or slice to share with your family.
