Diane Farr visits "The Talk" and opens up about season two of "Fire Country." She reveals, "I can tell you that season two is about redemption, right. We have this protagonist who is, he is a convict, he is in the California prison system. And true to real life, the convicts in California can fight on fires to reduce their sentence. So, it's sort of like taking people who have been an outcast in society and for the first time, they step into the hero architype. and without fail what happens is, they step up. When the outside reflects to you that you have worth, these men, these women, really do step up and become that. That's the leader of our show...it's a beautiful prospect to watch people flourish." Farr goes on to discuss a recent article she penned on age parody. "So, myself and Billy Burke, we play husband and wife of 30 years, and some of the show's success is supposed to be our chemistry, and I was trying to say, it's not chemistry. We are the same age, we come into this job with the same amount of experience. But we keep hiring 50-year-old men and 35-year-old women to play their wife, they do not have the same status.
