Nikolas Cruz - Chris McKenna - Carey Codd - Broward Sheriffs Office

There is a major contradiction found in the official report on the Marjory Stoneman Douglas HS shooting and that of the description of movement of a freshman student let go by Cruz, elaborated via interviews with the surviving student himself. The freshman student, Chris McKenna, told the Sun Sentinel newspaper and the Eagle Eye, the MSD school paper, that upon fleeing the Freshman Bldg. he ran away and promptly found riding on a golf cart buggy, Coach Aaron Feis. But on page 64 of the completed MSD public safety report, which pertains to use security camera footage, says, that the student who ran out of Bldg.12's east side stairwell after encountering the alleged Cruz loading his weapon, then running west where McKenna encounters Coach Feis on the north side of Bldg.13, who drove McKenna south and then east, along adjacent Bldg.13, and unlocking a door where McKenna was then led safely into, the door secured just as the fire alarm sounded.

The MSD baseball field is located on the west end of campus, so if this report data is based off evidence of security cameras, how can Coach Feis be in two places in the same story?

All this, after there already were two distinct versions of this Freshman student encounter allegedly with Cruz inside a stairwell and sometimes a bathroom of the school's Bldg. 12, also known as the Freshman Building.

The first version touted by the media was the Inside Edition interview with Chris McKenna, who says the encounter occurred inside the stairwell, later on this security footage clip was released. McKenna evidently became the key witness placing Cruz on scene with a weapon, but in June of 2018 using Broward Co.court documents, CBS4, a Miami affiliate and their investigative reporter Carey Codd, exclaims that the affidavit given on the encounter states it happened in a bathroom. FOX news has subsequently confirmed the documents use of the initials of CM.

After there exists two shadowy versions of the same alleged encounter, we then now have a further contradiction of the students subsequent behavior as reported by the in-house MSD Eagle Eye, and compared to the official public safety report on the shooting.

What if Nikolas Cruz were to plead not guilty, in the least, could a competent lawyer get a reduced sentence? We have now seen two major contradictions from the alleged encounter between, at this point, the prime witness, and the defendant.

In each distinct version's trail, one thing in common is, when digging into the varying scenarios, both lead back to the Broward Sheriffs Office.

That's right, characters involved in the stated encounter inside Bldg.12 on Feb.14th, 2018 at around 2:20 pm, plus, the local area news media who covered this encounter with Cruz, both have now, an intimate connection with BSO. When we found out that astounding coincidence, how John McKenna Sr., father of Chris McKenna, who had been with the DEA, retired, and within a span of a couple days was hired by the Broward County Sheriff's office.

"He's kind of the luckiest kid I know walking the face of the earth," said Chris and Jackie's father, John McKenna Sr., who recently retired after 32 years at the Drug Enforcement Administration and promptly went to work for the Broward County Sheriff's Office a few days later. " ,a quote from an article on the McKennas in the CDispatch, a Mississippi area newspaper covering the towns of Columbus and Starkville.
