Episode 9 is the first part of our IVF series. We discuss our IVF journey together! We cover IVF basics, what to expect, and natural med cycles. Sarah took a low dose estrogen for her egg retrieval and Cathey followed the Femara protocol (a.k.a a natural cycle) for her part of IVF. A natural cycle requires less medication and follows Cathey’s natural ovulation to plan for embryo transfer. This was something we had not heard of until we did our own research, so we hope this episode is helpful for others looking for a similar journey!
