I really used to enjoy watching this guy but the more I watch I don’t really see him sharing value other than “motivational” talk snippets. And rather irrelevant content like gym clips or videos on a plane. I’ve found more value watching guys like @jtbarnett who shares 20-30 minute videos of him actually working throughout the day on his company. It’s far more motivating than what Daniel’s content has become and I hope he pivots back to content like this. Just my two cents.

Something I've been struggling with as a (small) business owner - how do you get people around you (closely related) to accept/support the journey of building a business that requires working late very often? In the country where I live (Belgium), people are generally close-minded and call you 'crazy' for working long hours. If I'd be totally free to do what I want, I'd work late nights way more often, e.g. to create content that I can't do during the day (bc of client work). That would then support the business growth, etc.

Is this just the point where you "leave behind" the people that can't cope with it? Even if that means it's your loved ones? Or do you keep 'fighting' for those ""hustle nights"" because "it's for the greater good" ?

I'm so stuck there.

When I see your videos and shots of you (and people similar to you) working late, I'm always like 'damn', I just want to get to work and build the business, create content, ect. Sure, there's lots of other work to be done, such as creating a team around me, learning to focus better during the day, etc.

Love this, seeing how its really like. I can only refer to yt but every time I need motivation I watch one of you videos and after that I can get right back into work. Love your work Daniel (& Crew) Keep on crushing💪🏼 You are helping more people then you know!
