Yes Sam, we are not on drugs, we need to track our progress, not to JUST LIFT HEAVY DUDE. Some of us want to break plato, insted of lifitn the same weight over and over again, like you do. This is where the science comes to help on a hard topic.

ОтветитьDid 12 weeks straight of 5 day work outs with rest days on wed and sun. Then did a week off to recover the joints, nervous system and spine…was so needed, came back just as strong with a couple days back in and much more range of motion and all in all more limber and springy with 0% joint pain. Definitely not necessary to take long breaks often but definitely worth while if you’ve been hitting it hard and not BSing yourself

ОтветитьI was 168 5’6’ but I was able to drop to 143 in August. You convinced me to bulk so I bulked to 160 and now all my lifts are significantly higher than when I was at 143.(currently at 148)

ОтветитьI love going to PF at 2am. They're the only gym in my area that's open 24 hours during the week.
ОтветитьIt's strange I cannot train at planet fitness the cables are too thin the wheels on the pulleys are too small can't do big bar benching it's a joke it's OK to maintain but you can't really build a good physique at planet fitness I am very experienced I started training 1975 I am 58 now pro classic natty champion still winning still 100% natural that's me up in the left-hand corner of the page I have very matured muscle hose like veins super shredded 6 foot 200 pounds
