Latino 'supermercados' grow as mainstream stores struggle

From Kelly Johnson's story: Add one more headache for mainstream supermarkets in the Sacramento region: Latino-focused grocery chains are growing — and getting more sophisticated.
One example: La Superior SuperMercados, an 11-year-old grocery company based in Sacramento that picked up its seventh location on June 1. Meanwhile, Viva Supermarket, which opened three years ago in north Sacramento, also plans to add stores.
