Hey the Juno 60 plug-in called Tal-U-No-Lx is free but at an unusable price. Every minute in the free version it just produces a LOUD hiss of white noise. There’s nothing you can do about it. Only the serial from when you pay for it can fix it.. It’s got some great sounds but……smh

Does anyone know any free vst plug ins that have that zapp n roger moog basselines? I want to make some g funk beats but i lack the deep rich basselines they used back in the days. Basslines like zapp n roger, one way, the barkays, sos band that kind of funk, including the synth leads too if you know of any

Went to grab the steinberg lofi piano but had to bail out. Their software is super anti-user and sketchy, the fact that they make you sign up and then get a download assistant just for a free VST is annoing. But even better, after you install and run it installs their library app, a product license manager app, and a third one without warning. I also got a prompt from Windows because they wanted to install their own drivers too (why?).

Also yes this was from the official steinberg sight and not some third party download.

Immediately uninstalled everything and ran scans, I don't care how reputable any company is if they install software bloatware styled like that it sets off red flags.

Thank you Sanjay. Keep up the excellent work. I have to say that the last four FREE plugins I got were rubbish, none of what you mention here. Sounds were mediocre to horrible. Unify and Omnishere is now all I use along with my old Ensonic ASR-10 that I've had since '93. Your review on the SL88 was a great help to me. I now have it.
