We always need Counter space I am pretty sure a tilt up counter can be added and a 3” shelf for spices. Everyone needs a place too cook and wash fruits and vegetables and fill plates

Love watching your videos but, just a suggestion, maybe learn how to be a hand model because your hand gestures are very distracting.

Personally. I would pass on this (for me) and yes I would of like more counter space and wood floor. The main thing that made me pass was the engine being in the vehicle. That’s what did it for me. Last I saw a engine being inside was in an old 80’s / 90’s van. They use to put carpet over it. Engines should stay under the hood and not inside. And $85k is to much for a basic model. But others might be ok with it. That’s just for myself. I would like it bigger with more features. I’m into all the bells and whistles lol

Can you get to the toilet with the bedroom retracted

I got a 2019 Thor chateau 32' with super slide. It's a 30 amp RV with twin ac roof units. I can run both off the generator or shore power. I Like coachman RVs but they always struggled with counter top space

You didn't say how long it was or if it is National Park compatible. You also failed to say if the restroom may be utilized with the slide in.

Bathroom should be moved forward, fold down counter space would be nice, agree on wood look flooring. We’re interested in getting a Class C, trying to sell our 2015 toyhauler right now so we can make the change.

What a great Rv this is in boy would I like to have it except for one thing. Never ever would I buy anything that had no kitchen countertops at all. That’s a big mistake on this RV.

Nice to have outside storage and other goodies, but, no locks?

Flip up counter and solid, remove able cover on the stove top would have been nice.

OMG! THIS RV is perfect! On negative is the bathroom setup is not so great for bedroom privacy if you have guests.

We want something for multiple pets to go with us.A emergency exit by bed or bathroom.Maybe stackable washer and dryer

For the most part, $85000 seems an excellent value. The only two down sizes that are not necessarily game changers is that he’s right, the counter space is woefully lacking in the kitchen. Pretty dicey to jam a 12-cup coffee maker in that space! As well, rather than a deep space in the bedroom to insert a TV, it would be a more versatile configuration to have an articulated flat screen anchored to the wall which can swing in any direction. Ohhhhh, forgot! groan It’s Friday, October 7, 2022, here in Southern Cali. In todays’ world, filling THAT gas tank and tooling along without a care in the world IS actually THE game changer! My Honda Accord now costs $100 to fill!!! That’s an owey, BUT hitting the road in this Class C would kill me! opens wallet and watches moths fly out

Flooring: color style really. Since it is cramp, you want something easy to clean and maintain
Bathroom needs to be in the middle or central of the RV. Unless you're by yourself.

That outside kitchen is really, really nice. But the inside kitchen is terrible.

Are you able to access the bathroom without slides out? I’d definitely build a shelf/counter for kitchen & make cover for sink. Overall, not much changes over the years. I find the outside inputs for tv’s funny. Who doesn’t just stream everything?

You are right about the counter space. I don’t need much, but there is not room to make a sandwich on. You are also right about floor. Would I buy it……..no.

I want you to know if you’re if you have a camper with vinyl floors it’s very slippery when you get water on them so I would rather have wood floors, but still kind of slippery but use two sided tape. Don’t do that gather.

Agree with moving the bathroom, flooring change and TV situation in the bedroom, but both my husband and I use CPAPS at night, so nightstands and plugs on both sides would be essential.

Lots of wasted space with the bathroom. Nice that it's so big, but I'd rather have that square footage for use elsewhere, such as the kitchen.

The lack of prep space in the kitchen area would be a deal breaker for me.

NOT a good floor plan!! Better locks on outside storage!! Vinyl floor?? Control panel next to steps?? Low?? WHO comes up with these plans??

I prefer the vinal flooring because it is easy to clean and keep clean. Also, you prepared a very complete and informing video.
