You don't have to upload a separate video with timestamps, you can put the timestamps in the original stream after the stream ends.
Furthermore, you can have someone watching the stream, documenting when each speaker steps up to the pedastal, and write down the timestamps, and this will make it easier once the stream ends. Then they can put the timestamps in with minor tweaks.

Never heard such an angelic children's choir before. There were more singing than just what their voices shared today. The testimony of Christ in Gethsemane that was shared was transcendent to the Celestial courts above!

Why is the church monetizing though ads general conference? Why not make it at the beginning and the end? These ads are every five minutes. It makes it really hard to watch.

I don’t care how bad I feel or how tired I may be, if I make myself get up and go, (and I know from experience that I can trust that I will always, always always feel better after sacrament! )….sometimes the worse, I feel beforehand, I feel the same height of joy on the other end of sacrament meeting! So the lower the depth of not feeling good, the higher, the joy of feeling better after sacrament! It’s true! You are so right! I love worshiping our God in church with my church family… I think God for the amazing speaker that you are, and how you touch my heart so deeply!
