Dementia Crisis 1 Care Homes

London has lost around 500 Care Homes in the last decade. A large number of people in Care Homes have dementia, the situation is putting pressure on families and stretched services. I've been speaking to one family who struggled to find a care home and what the overall picture looks like in London.
